Due to the original model’s limited supply, MicroBT has chosen to build 30 more units, each of which has a little higher hash rate and power. The latest model uses 3348W of electricity and has a hash rate of 108 TH/s. As an ASIC miner for Bitcoin, it employs the SHA-256 algorithm.
